Most first-year costs are one-off items stacked on the purchase price: transfer duties, the survey, haul-out and washing, the first insurance policy, the berthing contract and the initial maintenance package almost every boat needs.

The only way to see them in advance is a survey — the urgency grading tells you which item belongs to the first season and which can wait.
